I am a, physician, writer and coach and my truest story is that I am a cowgirl poet. I have spent the last two decades practicing clinical medicine while studying and resisting the process whereby systems drown out the call of the soul. My relationship with horses and the creative arts has shown me a better way. A way of deep listening and tending to my wounds rather than denying them. My mission is to help women reclaim their voice, spiritual dignity and creative potential. The world needs us. I work through a lens of trauma informed coaching, expressive arts, narrative medicine and equine facilitated personal transformation.
